Pet Balans, founded in 2018 as a pet healthcare research project by the CISS team at KAIST in Korea, has since expanded its focus to include comprehensive research on pet health and well-being. Leveraging accumulated research databases and results, we collaborate with various companies and institutions to develop essential healthcare products for pets. Our commitment extends beyond products—we engage in continuous collaboration, conduct long-term testing with pets, and persistently accumulate pet-related data.

“Pet Balans, a company dedicated to pet health, addresses two common issues: obesity and patellar luxation (commonly known as dislocated kneecaps) in small dogs. We have filed six core technology patents related to pet healthcare and currently hold two of them. Leveraging IoT technology, we offer smart services tailored to pet health management. Our commitment extends beyond products—we collect and analyze data to create a healthier ecosystem for pets and their caregivers.”
